Project: Amateur Live Theater Facility

Scope of Work: This 3400 s.f. Theatre and Rehearsal facility was a very interesting project to be associated with. Great detail was considered in it's planning, from it's sound to it's lighting. It is truly a Great Little Theatre.





Project: 9000 s.f. Fitness Centre
5400 s.f. Apartments ( 6 units)

Location: Oakwood Plaza
Ontario & Oak Street
Grand Bend, Ontario



Scope of Work: The lower level consists of a separate workout area and gym. The facilities also include locker and change rooms complete with washroom and shower facilities.
All areas are handicap accessible. The upper level consists of 6 - 2 bedroom apartments c/w walkout balconies, full kitchens and bathrooms. All units are separately metered and have their own washer and dryer.
